Yes. We are a licensed Home Care Company. Our Home Care Organization Number is: 194700157. All of our caregivers are W-2 employees and are licensed Home Care Aids and registered with the State of California to work for our company. We are also certified with the California Association of Health Services At Home. (CAHSAH). We are proud to say we meet all the requirements for certification.
Yes. All of our Caregivers are W-2 employees. Rose's Agency Home Care is fully insured. We carry Workman's Comp insurance and Liability Insurance that exceeds the limits required. All of our Caregivers are registered with the State of California as Home Care Aids.
Yes. We accept ALL Long Term Care Insurance. We can assist you in starting a claim and helping you navigate your way working with your insurance company.

Our Caregivers ask that they work a minimum of 4 hours per case. We have agreed to set that as a minimum amount of hours. We do not have a weekly minimum.
Yes. We like to meet with our clients before we start service to develop a Care Plan and understand
your preferences regarding the care for yourself or loved one. This helps us select
a caregiver that's best suited for you!
We don't believe one size fits all. We believe that each case has specific needs and want
to select the caregiver who fits those best. There is no obligation to use us after
the assessment.
